The 2020 Paringa Peninsula Shiraz is another outstanding example of Mornington Peninsula Shiraz from this esteemed producer. Containing around 5% viognier, which was co-fermented with the shiraz, the bouquet offers spicy blackberry fruit along with the lifted floral viognier aromatics. The palate delivers plenty of black fruits, black pepper and fine grained tannins. A medium bodied Mornington Peninsula Shiraz with texture and power, but a lovely finesse that speaks of its cool climate origin.
